Weston provides wholesome family and individual leisure and recreation programs and services to residents. Located within the Weston Regional Park, the Weston Community Center serves as the core of operations for the Parks and Recreation Department.

The Department maintains and operates 14 municipal park and recreational facilities which provide an abundance of amenities for every age and lifestyle, and offer a variety of activities and special events throughout the year to enhance the quality of life for our residents. Coordinated by Department Staff, additional support comes from many community groups, businesses, and volunteers.

PARKS: Experience Weston’s picturesque parks and choose from a wide selection of recreational opportunities. From small passive parks to expansive athletic complexes, Weston has a park experience you will enjoy. Park and Recreation staff works with the 55+ Club, the Arts Council of Greater Weston and the Weston Sports Alliance to assist in the various programming needs and logistics of these organizations. They inspect and repair all city playgrounds, oversee the activities at 3 major sports parks 15 hours per day, including the maintenance and striping of all athletic fields and open space on 232 acres of parks.
